With over a decade of experience in teaching Spanish and English, I am dedicated to providing top quality personalised spanish lessons tailored to each student’s needs.

She is highly organised, patient, professional and friendly. She is dedicated to you and wants you to succeed with your fluency and skills. She tailors lessons to your needs and abilities. It was so useful to have someone like Maria (Maritxu) to learn from. As a native English speaker, I was making a lot of mistakes by just translating something I typically say in English into Spanish. People usually understood me but I sounded odd and unnatural. She helped me identify those mistakes and gave me the proper phrasing for how people actually talk in Spain. While I won't "pass" anytime soon for a native speaker, at least I won't sound so odd! Por ejemplo, Puedo tener una cerveza? Native Spanish speakers don't say that. First of all the lessons are fun. The atmosphere is different than in a usual school class. The content was tailored to my needs.
